Wheel alignment is usually done at the time of your new tire installation and should be checked once a year. If your wheels aren’t lined up correctly you will feel it pull to one side. This causes unsafe driving and extra wear on your tires and symptoms of unaligned wheels are much like those of unbalanced tires.
When My Auto Repair and Tire Center does an alignment check we do the following:
- Examine tires for wear, inflation and size
- Compare your alignment to manufacturer’s guidelines
- Assess steering and suspension components
